About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team for an exciting opportunity in an international sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make high-quality outbound calls to potential international customers, presenting utility services and converting leads into customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, deeply understanding their needs and offering value-driven solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, using your knowledge of international markets.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors in the utility sector to stay competitive and informed.
- Lead Management: Prioritize and manage sales leads effectively using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
- Sales Reporting: Provide timely updates on sales activities, deal progress, and KPIs to management for continuous improvement.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect feedback to refine offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: 1–2 years of successful experience in outbound international sales; background in utility services is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident English-speaking skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-Focused Mindset: Comfortable handling objections, closing deals, and working toward aggressive sales targets.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of UK customer expectations and sales etiquette preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Resilient and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in high-pressure, KPI-driven environments.
